A few days after Easter 2012 I bought a pearly egg dye kit on clearance--just 99 cents! Then we never even found time to color eggs for Easter 2013. In mid-April Leif found the coloring kit and want to use it, so a week or so later I boiled some eggs. That was three weeks ago...do you see a theme here of intents versus realities?
Today Amelia and Leif finally colored the eggs! It was neat because I was able to squeeze the dye into baggies, then they add an egg and squished them around, then we experimented with combining some colors. And Leif simply could not resist having the tactile experience without the baggie barrier!
